About me
From the north of England, I have been teaching for over 20 years. I spent twelve years living in Bangkok Thailand where I discovered my deep passion for yoga. During my time in Asia, I had the opportunity to learn from some of the wisest yogis and visit some of the most spiritual places in the world; from Sri Lanka to Japan to Indonesia. Decades of collected experience are incorporated into my teachings. My classes combine my wealth of Eastern practices with my knowledge of human anatomy in a way that makes yoga accessible and beneficial for all.

With my 20 years of teaching experience I offer private yoga classes in English. I believe that your body is unique. So how you exercise and maintain your health should be done in a way that’s specific to your body & your needs; whilst also taking into consideration your schedule.
If group classes are not providing what you want, I offer you a private 1 to 1 class designed just for you. You’ll be welcomed into my cosy home studio for your private class or you can arrange for me to come to your place at a time that works conveniently around your schedule.

Private classes

Each session is tailor made with a complete approach to maintaining your health.
Massage
Indulge in a Lanna Thai massage, a centuries-old Northern Thai tradition incorporating ‘Tok Sen’ acupressure and gentle stretching techniques. Tok Sen therapy is a traditional healing practice from Northern Thailand. In this therapy, a special wooden mallet and a wooden wedge are used to tap along the body’s energy lines and acupressure points. The rhythmic tapping creates vibrations that help release tension and promote energy flow. Experioence deep relaxation, restored energy flow, and relief from muscle tension.
