Hello, I’m Nina

During my seven years living in Lyon, I’ve been helping the expat and Anglophone community take care of their physical and mental health. 
 
Our bodies are all radically different, meaning that we all need to exercise differently according to the specific needs of our unique bodies.
 
I can provide you with a complete approach to maintaining your health in a private class designed just for you, that also fits into your schedule.
